The only thing about them is like when you boil water in the upper lid is a rattle and splash of liquids throughout the oven, so it is difficult to use a pot to cook thses Slow Food.
Originally bought this set to try to determine whether it was better than my usual pot is not only better, but I can use the temperature control to "fix" cook meals. Things go juicy and fresh and clean is super easy! Would highly recommend!
